As you know … Don was the Chief at ZOA … Received this from Al Fink, retired United Captain. Al and the guys used to take Don out on excursions when he became unable to drive, etc.
“Laurie met Will Pierson and I at the door of their assisted living home and told us the bad news. Don can't "stand" (after a Doc gave him a Med two weeks ago), and he fell.
He's in a wheelchair, and Laurie told us he is not talking, or eating.”
