Yesterday, I received a call from Ralph Angel who passed on to me that Paul McAfee had a stroke last Monday and was in the Palomar Medical Center. I called Paul and we talked for about 10 minutes. He said that his stroke was mild, was receiving therapy and that he expected to go home in a couple for days. He sounded pretty upbeat, but his voice seemed to lack the clarity I recall.

In think that Paul positively impacted most of us one way or another so I thought I'd pass this on. If I missed someone who you believe would like to know please pass this on.

PS: I hadn't talked to Ralph in over 30 years. He and his wife are both doing well and are about to celebrate their 65th anniversary. That's what clean living does.
